Atlas v0.1
Changelog
Corrections are not weakness. They are part of truthfulness. Every change to this atlas is dated and listed here.
v0.2 · 2026-07-08
- Pakistan's page now publishes. Both the right-to-information and right-to-service columns are marked "To confirm" rather than "Sourced," pending final verification of the federal and provincial statute texts against official sources. The page states its sourced content and its verification gaps in the same terms as the underlying dataset.
v0.1 · 2026-07-08
- First public build. 250 country and territory pages generated from the two source workbooks (dataset dated 2026-07-05): the FOI/RTI atlas and the Right to Service atlas.
- Coverage at launch: 142 of 250 national right-to-information laws rated and sourced via the RTI Rating; 38 of 250 service-rights routes verified at least in part; 120 of 5,046 subdivision entries carrying a cited law. All remaining entries display as verification tasks, never as facts.
- Reader verification is invited on every page and reviewed before publication. Nothing publishes automatically.
- Every page carries a read-in-your-language control (machine translation; English canonical). Reviewed human translations publish later under the same review rule.
- The Capture Index remains a separate, verified-only, right-of-reply product and is not part of this atlas.
